Classes typically last about 1 hour. The first 15-20 minutes are specifically focused on a neural and physical warm-up getting you ready for the upcoming movements. This way you will be more aware of what you are trying to achieve during the class. Building this awareness allows reinforcement of proper form and movement patterns before the intensity is added. The workout itself varies from 10-40 minutes depending on the intensity and volume.

Remaining class time is dedicated to teaching self-massage and body maintenance
practices that have a tremendous impact on injury prevention as well as
just helping wrap up your session feeling great!
